Disc shutters Atlant series, Universal, etc.

Atlant Series:
- The metal-graphite seal of the gate ensures tightness according to GOST 9544-2005 class A at an operating pressure of up to 4.0 MPa, operation with high reliability in harsh working conditions at elevated temperatures (up to +400 ° C).
- Construction: all-in-one housing, a disk with a multilayer metallographic seal.
- Atlant. Operation manual.
- Gummed and lined discs allow the valves to be operated in extremely aggressive environments: acids, alkalis, sea water, etc., they are also used in cold water supply systems and for food media. A gummed or lined coating allows you to replace a stainless steel disc with a carbon one. At the same time, the cost of valves is significantly reduced, which does not affect the performance of the product.
- Construction: detachable housing, elastomer liner, gummed or lined disc, detachable axles.
- Station wagon. Operation manual.
- The variety of discs used in this series (metal, gummed and lined) allows the valves to be operated: in cold and hot water supply systems, recycled water, in aqueous solutions of salts, on most chemical media with mechanical impurities.
- Construction: all-in-one housing, elastomer liner, coated disc (gummed or lined) or uncoated disc (carbon or stainless steel, titanium), split/all-in-one axles.
- Standard. Operation manual.
- The use of a rubber-metal liner acting as a second housing, with additional seals along the axes, increases the wear resistance and working life of the shutter compared to an elastomeric liner. It is recommended for hot water supply, abrasive media, petroleum products, gas media, including natural gas, aggressive media with mechanical inclusions; under significant loads, high temperatures, for operation with increased reliability and safety.
- Construction: one-piece housing, rubber-metal liner, coated disc (gummed or lined) or uncoated disc (alloy and stainless steel, titanium), split axles.
- Exclusive. Operation manual.
- The new design of the rubber-metal liner allowed to increase the working pressure to 2.5 MPa and the working life of the product several times, provided more reliable operation of the shutter, retaining all the advantages of the EXCLUSIVE series. They are recommended for use in extremely aggressive environments, including: abrasives, petroleum products, gas media, seawater, and other media with mechanical inclusions.
- Construction: one-piece housing, rubber-metal liner, uncoated disc (carbon and stainless steel, titanium), split axles.
- Exclusive-M. Operation manual.
