Universal:

A gummed or lined coating allows you to replace a stainless steel disc with a carbon one. At the same time, the cost of valves is significantly reduced, which does not affect the performance of the product.
  • Construction: detachable housing, elastomer liner, gummed or lined disc, detachable axles.
Exclusive:
  • The use of a rubber-metal insert acting as a second housing, with additional seals along the axes, increases the wear resistance and working life of the shutter compared to an elastomeric insert. It is recommended for hot water supply, abrasive media, petroleum products, gas media, including natural gas, aggressive media with mechanical inclusions; under significant loads, high temperatures, for operation with increased reliability and safety.
  • Construction: all-in-one housing, rubber-metal insert, coated disc (gummed or lined) or uncoated disc (alloy and stainless steel, titanium), axes are detachable.
Exclusive-M series:
  • The new design of the rubber-metal insert made it possible to increase the working pressure to 2.5 MPa and the working life of the product several times, ensured more reliable operation of the shutter, while retaining all the advantages of the EXCLUSIVE series. They are recommended for use in extremely aggressive environments, including: abrasives, petroleum products, gas media, seawater, and other media with mechanical inclusions.
  • Construction: all-in-one housing, rubber-metal insert, uncoated disc (carbon and stainless steel, titanium), axes are detachable.
